Lisa Varchol Perron is a children’s author and poet. Her poetry has been featured in numerous anthologies and magazines, and her books include the Jr. Library Guild Selection Patterns Everywhere, All the Rocks We Love (named a Best Science Book for Kids by NPR’s Science Friday), and the board books My Love For You (an Amazon Editors’ Pick), Tell Me About Oceans and Tell Me About Space (an NSTA Outstanding Science Trade Book). Forthcoming books include Wonder Why and The Littlest Solstice Tree. In addition to being an author, Lisa works as a psychotherapist with specialized training in child and adolescent development. She lives outside of Boston, Massachusetts with her husband and two children.
